Solarc Systems can ship a SolRx device to you anywhere in the world.
All devices are Health Canada and US-FDA compliant; however,
they all operate on 120 Volts-AC using the 3-pin grounded plug pictured below;
known as "NEMA 5-15", and common throughout North America.
It may therefore be necessary for you to make special electrical provisions for the power available at your location
per the "Electrical Requirements" provided below.
The small 100 Series Handheld
device can be shipped directly to your door using
Canada Post.
Transit times are typically 5 to 12 business days.
The package is fully insured and complete with tracking number and traceability.
The larger 1000 and 500 Series shipments are arranged and delivered by Solarc to the nearest international airport,
where the customer is responsible for importing the device according to local requirements.
There is no "door-to-door" delivery.
You must go to the airport to pick up the product.
Transit times are typically 3 to 5 days.
For all shipments, all import customs, taxes, duties and brokerage is payable by the purchaser.
The device is shipped with our standard customs paperwork package,
including a commercial invoice and product identification.
All the paperwork you need is attached to the outside of the shipping box.
Immediately after the device ships,
Solarc will send you complete shipping information.
Solarc devices do NOT bear the "CE" Mark as required for general European distribution;
it may be difficult to import to some European countries.
Please read the "Electrical Requirements" provided below.
We can effectively converse by email in any language using a web translator such as Altavista's
Babelfish.
Pricing is per the US order form, plus extra freight charges supplied by quote.

International orders do NOT require a physician prescription.
Prescriptions are required only for USA shipments per US Federal Law 21CFR801.109.
For all orders, the Responsible Person must sign the Terms & Conditions section in the Order Form.
Payment in US-Dollars can be made by credit card: VISA or Mastercard; or by Wire Transfer.
Wire Transfers are subject to a 2.5% additional charge to cover considerable fees taken by foreign banks.
All sales are prepaid. Solarc must verify payment before shipping the product.
Any special bank, credit card, or "international transaction fees" are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Note that, for security reasons,
your bank may require that you confirm your intent to make a foreign transaction.
Please consider contacting your bank before sending your credit card information to Solarc.
Electrical Requirements:
- SUPPLY POWER:
All SolRx devices are designed for household use
at 110 to 120 Volts-AC, 60-Hertz, with grounding;
as commonly used in USA, Canada and several other countries.
- GROUNDING:
All SolRx devices require earth grounding using a 3-pin plug.
It is unsafe to operate the device without grounding.
Electrocution causing death is possible.
- OTHER VOLTAGES:
If your country uses a different voltage, such as 220 Volts AC,
it may be possible to purchase a suitably sized step-up transformer locally.
Remember that the transformer must have grounding and be properly sized.
It is unsafe to operate the device without grounding.
Attempts to operate the device on the incorrect voltage will cause the device to fail and void the warranty.

- OTHER FREQUENCIES:
SolRx devices can also operate at 120Vac 50-Hertz.
The time scale on the electronic timer is not effected.
- ISOLATION TRANSFORMERS:
Under special conditions, it may be possible to operate a SolRx device on a
2-wire un-grounded electrical system,
but only if using a special "Isolation Transformer".
Please consult a local electrical expert.
Other Considerations:
- REPLACEMENT UVB BULBS:
Ultraviolet lamp tubes are not specific to any voltage.
All Narrowband-UVB devices use bulbs from Philips Lighting of Holland.
You may be able to source replacement bulbs locally,
or from Solarc of course.
- SPARE PARTS KIT:
If you are at a VERY remote location,
consider purchasing a "spare parts kit" for your device.
This may include spare bulbs and maybe a spare ballast.
- DECLARED VALUE:
Solarc Systems cannot alter the declared value of the shipment.
