Rental-Purchase-Upgrade Program
for UVB Home Phototherapy

Wondering if UVB Narrowband will work for you?
How can you be certain if you have never been treated at a clinic or hospital?
You are not alone.
The good news is that most people will know if UVB Narrowband home phototherapy is effective
with less than 3 months of diligient use following the instructions of the SolRx Users Manual,
AND the
historical success rate
is easily greater than 80%.
To address this need, and as an expression of our confidence in this treatment,
Solarc has created a low cost Rental-Purchase-Upgrade Program so you can find out for sure!
Here is how it works:
We maintain a limited number of SolRx 500 Series rental units.
These devices are small and tough enough to be transported back and forth,
but still have more than enough power and treatment area size to be meaningful.
All units are fully cleaned, inspected and tested to Solarc's ISO certified quality system.
You can rent one of these units for a minimum of 3 months and give it a try.
If it does not meet your expectations,
simply return the unit and receive a refund of any unused damage deposit.
The total cost, with taxes and shipping included, will be $250 to $400 only,
depending on model.
If it does work, you have 3 options:
1. Continue to rent the unit on a quarterly basis and have 80% of your rent paid applied to the purchase.
When the unit is fully paid, Solarc will provide a statement of your account and transfer the ownership to you.
2. Convert the unit to a sale by having 80% of your rent applied to the purchase,
and paying the balance.
Converting the unit to a sale early will minimize your total cost.
Purchase conversion can be at any time during the rental term.
3. If you think that an upgrade to a larger full body SolRx model would better suit your needs,
return the rental unit within 3 months from the start of the rental and have 90% of your rent paid applied to the purchase of a SolRx 1000 Series unit!
Your pre-paid up front charges will be the first 3 months of rent,
shipping to your home, and a $250 refundable damage deposit.
With taxes and shipping, this is usually about $500 to $700.
($250+tax of which is the refundable damage deposit.)
Return shipping is at the renter's expense.
The sale price for used rental units is less than new units.
It is determined by the light output relative to a new device, and by the overall condition.
Pricing is set by Solarc, and should be agreed upon by the customer before the rental term begins.

Often there will be only new units, depending on how many people convert the sale.
The warranty for purchased rental units is the same as new devices; 4 years device, 1 year bulbs, (from the first day of your rental).
Payments are by VISA or Mastercard only.
Rental Payments must be made quarterly. (3 months at a time)
All rental-purchase-upgrade applications are subject to acceptance by Solarc.
Solarc reserves the right to charge your credit card if contact cannot be made.
Quantities are limited. Available in CANADA only.
A prescription is required to participate in the program.
Note: If you live within driving distance of Solarc in Barrie, Ontario;
the 1000 Series units are also available for rent,
but require either customer pickup or Solarc delivery. The 1000 Series damage deposit is $500.
