The SolRxTM 100 Series
is Solarc's smallest and most portable UVB-Narrowband phototherapy device.
It is intended for spot targeting small areas of skin,
and has a treatment area of 2.5 x 5 inches (12.5 square inches).

This inspired product is designed for maximum versatility and has at least
Six Features
not available on any other phototherapy device in the world.

Click on any of the six pictures below to find out more.
Or click the "NEXT" buttons to flip through all six pages in sequence.

All pictures are of SolRx Model "120UVB-NB",
which has two (2) Philips PL-S9W/01/2P 9-watt bulbs generating Narrowband UVB at 311nm.

|

The SolRx 100 Series is the only device that uses TWO (2) PL-S9W bulbs.
Compared to single bulb units,
the 100 Series provides DOUBLE the input power, DOUBLE the treatment area,
and a much more useful treatment area shape (more square).

|
The wand has a clear acrylic treatment "window", that allows the device to be placed DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN !
The all-metal body keeps the wand cool.
Competitive devices require the user to hold the device a fixed distance off the skin.

|
The clever Aperture PlateTM System allows accurate SPOT TARGETING.
A set of six different plates is included and provides multitudes of combinations.
This has particular usefulness for targeting vitiligo and stubborn psoriasis lesions.

|
The wand can be attached to a high quality optional Positioning Arm to provide hands-free use.
The exclusive "Quick-Connect" system allows the wand to be attached/removed from the arm in seconds,
for positioning by hand if needed.
When desk mounted, the arm can stretch from the head to the toes of a six-foot person.
The main arms are both about 18 1/2" long, pin to pin.
Desk mount standard. Optional wall mount bracket available.

|
For scalp treatment, the optional patented UV-BrushTM can be quickly fitted to the wand.
The small hollow tipped cones move the hair out of the way and allow the light to reach the scalp skin.

|
Just like Solarc's larger products,
the 100 Series uses a digital electronic count-down timer and a keyed switchlock.
So unlike competitive units with inexpensive mechanical spring wound timers,
your treatment time can be set to the precise second.
This picture shows all the components of the device,
neatly packaged in a heavy duty US-made plastic carrying case with a custom foam interior.
